Shipping was super speedy. The non-metallic knucks seem to be very well-made. (I guess only will tell as to how long they'll last.) I keep one in the backpack I carry to work and one in the backpack I carry to the gym. I slip the other one in my pocket when I leave the house and I'm not carrying a backpack. The whole experience was easy and pleasant and I'm happy with my purchase.

The ERGO 2 has a contour in the center of the palm brace whereas the ERGO has more bulk and no contour. That is the only difference I see. The striking area on both pair appear to be equal and weight is not a factor. There is less bulk on the ERGO 2 and makes it a little less imprint for EDC if that is a concern. Other than that the choice comes down to personal preference. Either pair is a great set of knuks.
the medium size is great for your average hand, i tried the large too and the medium just feels more comfortable, great for self defense, hope i never have to use them though, just saying...
Light weight, well made and they feel very durable.
